Our 39 en-suite rooms consist of 30 good sized standard rooms, 8 executive bedrooms and a stunning suite. All the rooms are warm, comfortable and welcoming with tea/coffee making facilities, TV and direct dial telephone. Many rooms display beautiful views of the Scottish borders countryside ensuring that your visit to this part of the world will be picturesque inside and out!

You are even guaranteed a fantastic view en route to your room thanks to the beautiful stained glass windows that sit at the top of the first flight of stairs. Many unique, period items adorn the public areas including an original Penny Farthing bicycle that hangs along one of the landing walls.
